Author Bio
Doriel Hall draws on her 40 years' experience and practice of yoga, including running a residential yoga centre, to instruct yoga teachers for The British Wheel of Yoga. She is the author of four books and a Trustee for the Yoga Biomedical Trust, which promotes yoga therapy. Dr Francoise Barbira Freedman is a pioneering yoga teacher, a medical anthropologist at the University of Cambridge, and a lecturer in midwifery and women's health studies. Her interest in pregnancy, and childbirth stems from her early anthropological studies in the Amazon. Francoise's books, videos and television appearances are recognized and respected worldwide.
