Author Bio
Mark Evans is a Bachelor of Philosophy in Complementary Health Studies and has a Licentiate in Aromatherapy from the London School of Aromatherapy. John Hudson worked in business and as a teacher for some years before establishing his busy therapeutic practice. Paul Tucker began studying Tai Chi in 1982, and has been teaching general and specialist classes since 1987. He is a teaching member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.
