Author Bio
Peter Robinson trained at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh. He was appointed a Principal of Capel Manor in 1968 and built up a thriving horticultural college over the next 16 years. While a Director of Stapeley Water Gardens, in Cheshire, England, he designed gold medal gardens for various flower shows, including the internationally acclaimed Chelsea Flower Show. He has lectured widely and now practices as a freelance horticulturist. He is a regular contributor to garden magazines and has also written a number of books on this subject.
