Author Bio
Captain Tony Smallwood is now an aviation training consultant. Previously he was a line and base training captain with British Midland, based at London Heathrow. He is also a UK CAA Instrument and Type Rating Examiner. He has been involved with airline training for the last twenty years, formerly with the Oxford Air Training School. He has acquired over twenty thousand flying hours, and is also a keen glider and light aircraft pilot, spending much of his time in training others.
