Author Bio
Dan Green (author) is a freelance science writer and editor, and edited Basher's previous book, The Periodic Table. He studied Geology at Cambridge University. Dr Mike Goldsmith (consultant), an astrophysicist, is head of Acoustics at the UK's National Physical Laboratory. He is the author of several non-fiction books for children. Artist and designer Simon Basher has fun playing in the world of contemporary character design. Inspired by a love of simple line work and a rich colour palette, his characters fill the gap between edgy Manga and the cuteness of Hello Kitty!
