Author Bio
Judith Draper has always been a horse and pony enthusiast and has used her extensive knowledge to write several books, including Kingfisher's My First Pony. Judith also reports for various magazines and newspapers, including The Daily Telegraph, Horse and Hound and The Mail on Sunday. In 1999, Judith won the British Horse Society's Equestrian Writer of the Year award. Elwyn Hartley Edwards is one of the most distinguished equestrian writers of the past 25 years with some 30 books to his credit and many articles on horse-related subjects. A practical horseman of long experience, he is an expert on equine conformation and an accepted international authority on horse and pony breeds, equipment and saddlery. Formerly a British Horse Society regional chairman and a member of the Society's Council, Elwin was presented with the BHS Award of Merit in 1993.
