Author Bio
Nicola Davies is a writer, zoologist and television presenter, and lives in Somerset, England. From 1983 to 1986 she was researcher, assistant producer and presenter of the BBC's The Really Wild Show. Since then she has written many children's books on natural history subjects as diverse as how our bodies work, whales, oceans, bats and flowers. She also writes natural history columns for national newspapers and is a regular contributor to BBC Wildlife magazine.
