Kady MacDonald Denton is both the author and illustrator of Kingfisher's A Child's Treasury of Nursery Rhymes. Other titles she has illustrated for Kingfisher include In the Light of the Moon, Sam McBratney's sparkling bedtime story collection, and two collections written by Ann Pilling, The Kingfisher Book of Bible Stories and The Kingfisher Treasury of Myths and Legends. She is also the creator of several picture books, including Kingfisher's Would They Love a Lion? She lives in Manitoba, Canada.
