Author Bio
Jeremy Strong is a favourite children's writer with more than fifty books to his name. He worked for many years as a primary school teacher, and now works regularly with young children through visits to schools and libraries. His popular children's titles have won him several awards, including The Children's Book Award 1997 for The Hundred-Mile-An-Hour-Dog (Puffin) and The Sheffield Children's Book Award (twice) for Pirate Pandemonium and Dinosaur Pox (both Puffin). His three Viking stories, There's a Viking in my Bed, Viking in Trouble and Viking at School, were made into a successful BBC television series. Jeremy Strong lives in Kent. Clive Scruton is a successful artist whose titles include Sidney the Monster by David Wood (Walker) and A Goodnight Kind of Feeling by Tony Bradman (HarperCollins). He has also illustrated a number of titles by author Vivian French, including It's a Go to the Park Day (Walker), Guinea Pigs on the Go (HarperCollins) and Mrs Hippo's Pizza Parlour, part of Kingfisher's I Am Reading series. Clive Scruton lives in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
