Based on the Crimewatch Solved specials this book covers up to ten cases in detail, providing a step-by-step account of how the police solved each case through reconstructions, photofits and evidence passed on by the public. The book also shows how the programme is made, how reconstructions are planned and filmed, and how the public respond to different types of cases.
