This revised edition is for men and women of all ages and fitness-levels who are prepared to devote a maximum of 40 minutes a day for 15 days with a view to acquiring a flatter stomach. It combines an exercise programme with a concept in eating that aims to be as effective as it is tasty and different. The author discusses the cause of stomach-bulge - poor muscle tone and posture - and suggests a diet to combat fluid retention. Her exercises, athough not effort-free, exclude the usual sit-ups, and she includes pregnancy and post-natal advice. Judith Wills formerly edited Slimmer magazine and also wrote The Junk Food Diet .
