  To be of any value an MCQ book must aim to teach as much as to test. All questions in these books are relevant to the MRCPsych syllabus and pitched at the right level of difficulty. In addition, they are based on substantial and diverse sources such as papers cited in the Recommended Reading Lists of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, major textbooks, key papers from leading psychiatric journals and articles recommended in seminars held at the Institute of Psychiatry.
