Home Sweet Home (Changes)

Home Sweet Home (Changes)

by Liz Gogerly (Author)

Synopsis

This book uses a variety of pictures, such as photographs, advertisements and artefacts, to look at different types of homes in the past. It has pictures from the Victorian period to present day, so children can make comparisons between the homes they live in today and those their parents or grandparents may have grown up in. Notes at the back for parents and teachers give some more information about the pictures and suggest questions that could be asked about them when reading the book together with the child.
