Changes: School Days

Changes: School Days

by Liz Gogerly (Author)

Synopsis

This book uses a variety of pictures, such as photographs, advertisements and artefacts, to look at what schools were like in the past. It has pictures from the Victorian period to present day, so children can make comparisons between school life today and the experience their parents or grandparents may have had at school. Notes at the back for parents and teachers give some more information about the pictures and suggest questions that could be asked about them when reading the book together with the child.
