Rob Bowden is a development geographer who has taught International Environment and Development courses at the universities of Sussex and Brighton. Matthew Chapman is an environmental geographer who has taught Environment and Air Pollution courses at the University of Brighton. The consultant, Peter Brimblecombe, is a Professor in Atmospheric Chemistry at the University of East Anglia and the author of several books on air pollution.
