Synopsis

Wambui Kairi is from Dagoretti in Nairobi. She has worked with various development agencies in both Kenya and Uganda and is currently a community development consultant in Nairobi. Wambui has written a number of books for children about Kenya including We Come from Kenya (Hodder Wayland 1999) and Country Insights: Kenya (Hodder Wayland 1997).
