Author Bio
Dr Caroline Shreeve is a GP and trained in the UK as a psychiatrist. She is the author of sixteen books, including titles on depression, premenstrual syndrome, the menopause, and the Alternative Dictionary of Symptoms and Cures, which was a runner-up for the 1987 Booker Health prize. She has been a regular contributor to popular newspapers, periodicals and medical journals for more then 20 years, including the Guardian, Mail on Sunday, Cosmopolitan, Here's Health and the British Journal of Complementary Medicine. She has also appeared on Pebble Mill, the Gloria Hunniford Show, TV-AM and most UK regional radio stations. She lives in west Wales with her three cats and Maestro, her pug.
