Author Bio
I've written more than 250 non-fiction titles for kids, as well as some fiction and adaptations of classic novels. I started my career creating educational materials for Weekly Reader Corporation, including content for one of the first online services, Prodigy. I've won several honors for my work, including a Junior Library Guild selection and the International Reading Association Young Adults Choices List. I am also the editor of The Biographer's Craft, the newsletter of Biographers International Organization. I've also written several dozen plays that have been performed across the United States.
