Damian Harvey was born in Blackpool, Lancashire, but now spends most of his time in North Wales with his lovely lady, Vicky. He has three wonderful daughters, one brilliant boy and a cat called Polly. Before he became a writer he worked as a painter and decorator, a lifeguard, a swimming teacher, and as an assistant in a record shop.
