Dr Harry Tolley was formerly a Special Professor in the School of Education at the University of Nottingham. He is the co-author of many best-selling titles including How to Pass Verbal Reasoning Tests, How to Succeed at an Assessment Centre and How to Pass the Police Selection System, all published by Kogan Page. Dr Ken Thomas is the Managing Director of Nottingham Education and Training Services Ltd. He was formerly a Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of Nottingham and Chair of the Board of Educational Studies at the Hong Kong Institute of Education.
