Angela Carroll has extensive experience as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing (Huddersfield Uni and Leeds Business School) and is currently a Senior Teaching Fellow at LUBS. She specialises in marketing communications with a particular emphasis on new media. Neil Richardson has a wealth of private sector experience in sales, marketing and customer service. He is a Senior Lecturer and CIM course leader at Leeds Business School and actively involved in marketing education, research and consultancy. Ruth M Gosnay has been teaching as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Leeds Business School for 9 years. She specialises in teaching marketing communications.
