Stephen Palmer is one of the UK's most influential experts in stress management. He is Founder Director of the Centre for Stress Management and Honorary Professor of Psychology at City University, London. He has written or edited over 20 books on stress management and counselling. Cary L. Cooper is Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at Lancaster University and President of the British Academy of Management. He has written several other books for Kogan Page, including Shut Up and Listen and Business and the Beautiful Game.
