Phil Clements and Tony Spinks are trainers with many years' experience of working in the equal opportunities field. Dr Phil Clements is Programme Area Leader at the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies, University of Portsmouth, and the author of a number of Kogan Page titles including The Diversity Training Handbook, A Practical Guide to Faciliation Skills and Be Positive. Tony Spinks is also the co-author of A Practical Guide to Faciliation Skills.
