Author Bio
Alun Drake began his journalistic career with the BBC working in radio and TV on flagship news programmes. Since 1996 he has been at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, first as head of its TV, Radio and Photo service, and currently as broadcast press officer. Cathie Burton worked as a journalist and a spokesperson for the European Parliamentary Labour Party in Brussels and Strasbourg. Since 1994 she has worked in the Spokesperson's service of the Council of Europe, concentrating on the countries of central and eastern Europe and the Balkans.
