Author Bio
Sophie Allen is a five times career changer. Having crashed rather than cruised through three out of five changes, she has developed an avid interest in getting career moves right. She has worked in management positions in catering, publishing and new media sectors and enjoyed ten years public sector experience. Recently she has been working in online recruitment as a commercial project manager. It was through her experience at Workthing Ltd that she hit upon the idea of writing this book.
