The key is in a light touch - encouraging and supporting, rather than directing and controlling. Drawing on first-hand interviews with almost 100 leaders and team members, the book also offers quesionnaires, exercises, direct quotes and revealing examples. Topics include the basics of leadership, strategy and change, coaching, assessing team and individual performance, and influencing skills.
