He currently helps a wide range of clients, including the Ministry of Defence and Pearl Assurance, to link the development of individuals, teams and the organisations themselves. He has previously worked for EMI and Phillips Electronics and has extensive experience in all aspects of human resource management and development. He has helped to introduce appraisal and performance management processes into client organisations and has trained well over 1,000 people in appraisal skills.
