Dave O'Reilly is currently Head of research in Educational Development at the University of East London. Lynne Cunningham co-ordinates Capability Associates International and Head of research for Agora Consultancy Ltd, which specialises in European training and development projects. Stan Lester is a consultant and researcher in the fields of professional and vocational development and rural economic and enterprise issues.
