  Mike Brodie leads an erratic life. A professional saxophonist/voice-over specialist, Mike often has to explain away the fact that she isn t actually a man, as so many tend to assume given her name and business. Paul, Mike s irritatingly pushy manager, ensures that her diary is always full to the seams with bookings, so she spends her time rushing between various gigs and voice-over jobs, while simultaneously looking out for her now grown-up goddaughter, Raffi.
