This is a collection of all the Scottish stories and includes ten essays dealing with specifically Scottish subjects. Kenneth Gelder's introduction gives a detailed background to Stevenson and the Scottish influences in his writing. Previously published in 1989, this book has been republished in a new format as part of the 1994 Stevenson Centenary celebrations.
