Synopsis

Josh Flunk and Spencer Topps are just two normal schoolboys until the ivory skull on the old walking stick in Josh's bedroom flashes. Author Bio
Duncan McCoshan (Knife) and Jem Packer bring a distinctive humour, style and and imagination to both fiction and non-fiction. Their popular cartoon strip It's Grim up North London first appeared in Private Eye in 1999 and they have made regular contributions to Guardian Education, BBC History Magazine and The Times. Duncan's cartoons have also appeared in The Times, the Independent, New Statesman, and Maxim among others. Jem also works as a comedy writer for television and radio and can regularly be heard on BBC Radio and LBC. They both live in London.
