Lisa is a librarian and lives in Bolton-le-Sands. Rosalind Beardshaw, the illustrator, has illustrated many books for Bloomsbury, including FRAN'S FLOWER, WHO IS IT? writtten by Sally Grindley, and GRANDMA'S BEACH, written by herself. Both FRAN'S FRIEND and GRANDMA'S BEACH have been short-listed for The Sheffield Children's Book Award. Rosalind lives in York.
