Antonio Carluccio is Britain's favourite Italian chef. He is the proprietor of London's Neal Street Restaurant and has made numerous television appearances as well as being the author of several bestselling books. He and his wife Priscilla created Carluccio's, the specialist Italian food shop, and a series of Carluccio's Caffes in and around London.
