Following the phenomenal success of THE PUDDING CLUB BOOK, this sequel delves further into the depths of pleasure and comfort-eating by exploring the delights of traditional summer desserts like trifles and syllabubs and their many variations. Like its predecessor, this book concentrates on traditional British puddings, which have been tried and tested with relish by the many passionate members of the Pudding Club. From the simplicity of a perfect fruit salad to the sophistication of a raspberry and ratafia terrine; from children's favourites to chocaholics' delights, this is a veritable celebration of summer, sunshine and sweet things!
