She's a church leader working with Hitchin Christian Centre and is also a speaker and author. Kate spends a lot of time explaining that she isn't married to Prince William. She is the author of several books including Eating Disorders and First Steps out of Eating Disorders. She is the former Director of the organisation, Anorexia and Bulimia Care.
