Pauline Fisk is the author of Midnight Blue a highly original fantasy which won the Smarties Book Prize in 1990. She has also written several other children's novels including: Tyger Pool, The Beast of Whixall Moss, The Candle House and Sabrina Fludde (publishing Oct 2001). She lives with her family in Shropshire.
