Louise Voce says of her illustrations in Over in the Meadow, The scenery was inspired by memories of being out in the country with my Grandmother - she used to take huge groups of children out on picnics, guinea-pigs and all! Louise's illustrations have appeared in many publications, including The Sunday Times Magazine and Radio Times, as well as on greetings cards. For Walker Books she has illustrated Hello, Goodbye; The Owl and the Pussycat and What Newt Could Do for Turtle. Louise lives in Brighton.
