Author Bio
Max Eilenberg has worked in publishing for many years and is currently publisher at Methuen Books. Cowboy Kid, his first children's book, is based on a vivid childhood memory. I used to spend hours each night kissing my many toys goodnight and making sure they were in the right order. It kept me awake and worried - until my mother left a note, written in toy language, to say that everyone was getting quite worn out and that just one kiss would do! Sue Heap has illustrated a number of children's books, including Escape from the Temple of Laughter, Mouse Party, Little Chicken Chicken and a number of fiction titles, She won the Smarties Book Prize Gold Award for Cowboy Baby.
