Author Bio
Joy Skipper is a cookery writer who started her career in the food business while travelling around the world. She worked as a flotilla hostess in Greece, a nanny and cook in America and a chalet girl in France. She finally decided to take cooking seriously when she reached the regional finals of BBC's MasterChef in 1992. Since then she has written recipes for books, magazines and newspapers. Travelling is still a big part of her life and continues to influence the recipes she creates.
