Margaret Williams is a Home Economist and has taught in schools, colleges and Adult Education Centres. She enjoys cooking and demonstrating and as an NFWI Preservation and Cookery Judge is always eager to give help and advice to participants. Margaret is also a tutor for the CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene and a Fellow of the Institute of Consumer Sciences.
