Media Reviews
Get Healthy, for Heaven's Sake is a book that anyone who has an interest in healthy living should read. I love that she talks about health in a way that everyone can understand and in a way that motivates you to take the steps that lead to better health. Her suggestions for renewing one's health are a well laid-out and practical plan that anyone should be able to do. This is a book that I will keep and use as a resource that I can go back and review over and over as needed. I can't wait to read her next book. --Carol Doyel
