Author Bio
John Wooden is widely regarded as the best basketball coach of all time. He enjoyed a successful career as professional basketball player before becoming a coach. The teams he coached at UCLA enjoyed an unprecedented run of victories, of which many believe the like will not be seen again! Swen Nater is a former player under Wooden at UCLA in the early 1970s who went on to play tweleve years professionally. After his playing career, Nater was athletic director for nine years at Christian Heritage College where he also coached the basketball team to a national title.
