Author Bio
Justin Carrier is responsible for the American National Cheerleading Association's (NCA) training material, manuals, books and curriculum for youth, high school and college participants. He has appeared in many of the NCA's training videos and speaks regularly at coaching clinics around America. Donna McKay has coached high school cheerleaders for more than 15 years, has been judging competitions since 1996 and frequently makes presentations for the NCA and other organisations.
