by A . E . Scates (Author), Mike Linn (Author)
This training manual covers such subjects as weight-room workouts and on-court drills designed to have players serving with more power and consistency, leaper higher on every jump and covering the court with increased quickness and agility. Teams that use the training programme should see their digs, kills and blocks, not to mention wins, increase. Like the other titles in the Complete Conditioning for Sports series, this book combines explained drills and exercises with diagrams and photographs to ensure clear and full comprehension.
