The Eight Human Talents: The Yoga Way to Restore Balance and Serenity

by Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa (Author)

Synopsis

Gurmurkh Kaur Khalsa guides readers through the seven chakras, the areas of the body that physically house what she calls the seven human talents - faith, intuition, truth, gratitude, commitment, creativity and forgiveness. She shows how to develop each of them. For example, opening up the throat chakra to improve one's ability to speak the truth or working on letting go of fear and increasing gratitude with simple exercises and meditations in the heart chakra. She shows how in three minutes a day - with no special equipment - readers can nurture each area and its corresponding talent.
