The Great Office Detox: Minimize Stress and Maximize Job Satisfaction

by Dawna Walter (Author)

Synopsis

Do you feel stuck in a work rut? Most of us spend on average 1,800 hours per year in our jobs, and will work for about forty years before retirement. When you consider the amount of time spent in the office, you soon realize how important it is to feel a sense of achievement at the end of the day, rather than just earning a living. The Great Office Detox looks at practical ways to make the most of your work experience by clearing the clutter, managing your time more efficiently and focusing on how to achieve your goals. You'll move from caffeine addiction to super productivity, and will soon be so on top of your work that you can't remember the time when it took you half an hour to find your pen under all the paperwork. Be the best you can with minimal effort and see how much more life there can be to your living.
