Author Bio
Kylie Kwong is fourth-generation Australian-Chinese and she lives in Australia. After learning the fundamentals of Cantonese cooking at her mother's side, she went on to realise her dream of running her own restaurant, billy kwong which is now one of the restaurants to be seen in in Sydney.
