Author Bio
Heike Lebherz has ridden since she was eight and works as a fully qualified riding instructor. She has an additional qualification for teaching riding as an aid to health where special emphasis is given to riding as therapy for the reduction of stress. She teaches her pupils that when horse-riding they must be happy and have a smile on their faces, because only in such a positive atmosphere can they learn correctly. Heike lives in southern Germany with her husband Rainer, a photographer, their 15-year-old Jack Russell terrier and 10-year-old horse.
