Author Bio
Pippa Funnell started out as a typical ponymad child and as Pippa Nolan, she was a highly successful British under-21 rider, winning the 1987 European Young Rider title. In 2000 she won an Olympic team silver medal and in 2001 she became European champion for the second time. She has earned a reputation for producing good horses out of unproven youngsters. Pippa lives in Surrey, England. Kate Green has been editor of Eventing magazine since 1993, having worked since 1987 for Horse & Hound. Her previous books, all published with David & Charles, are Kiwi Magic (with Andrew Nicholson), Stark Reality (with Ian Stark) and Six of the Best (with Blyth Tait).
