  Writers' & Artists Yearbook is arranged to form two main parts with fourteen clearly defined section. The first part provides Markets for articles, books, scripts, poetry, illustrations, photographs, picture research and music. The second part offers General information, with articles on many practical and legal matters of importance to writers and artists, together with lists of resources and useful addresses. This part also provides details of societies, associations and clubs, as well as a list of literary prizes and awards. This 85th annual edition of Writers & Artists' Yearbook has been completely revised. Each directory entry is checked and up-dated by its subject so that all addreses, requirements, rates of payment and other details are correct at the time of going to press. All the other sections of the book are carefully revised by reference to the original source. This 1992 edition includes much new and additional information.
